What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I've stayed in pontins chalets and these are very, very nice considering they once were pontins.
The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nicely decorated.
Staff were llovely, as always.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The chalet wasnt the cleanest. I had to clean the windowsill in the bathroom because it was caked in dust/dirt.
It was disappointing to know that we didnt have access to the same offers as our family who stayed in the hotel. For around £140 a night, it is quite expensive, considering its self catering.
We had 1 chair to sit on for breakfast, which made mornings a little difficult. And there was very little storage for clothes.
